

Exquisite Panamanian Shrimp SUNDAY´s Best!
I had the pleasure of cooking with great Panamanian shrimp that sell to the export market. I made some delicious garlic shrimp to serve with pasta al burro and later that evening I prepared a cazuela or chowder for a group of Isa´s school mates!
These shrimp are super fresh, sweet and of a great texture and crunchy yet soft mouth feel.
